How we supported Bauer Media Group through a massive financial transformation.

As part of its new strategy for reliable and consolidated data, Bauer Media Group aimed to implement SAP's resource planning software S/4HANA. But though unified financial knowledge is key to a business' resiliency, rallying key stakeholders behind such a large-scale initiative can be difficult.
The success of Bauer's financial transformation required leaders and employees across every department in the go-livecountries to contribute to this change.

We started out by designing a clear change and comms roadmap for the initiative. Next, we created dedicated SharePoint and Teams channels for the project team to ensure they become strong ambassadors.
Other key elements of our strategy for Trans4/m included ready-to-use toolboxes for local comms teams, containing engaging materials such as Infographics and Videos. Educating employees in a fun and playful way made the changes relatable to people of all backgrounds.

By the launch of Trans/4m, Bauer Media Group had fostered a deep understanding among its leaders, key users, and employees, not just of the technical facets of S/4HANA but also of the new ways of working. This led to exemplary procedural compliance from day one.
